Hi Wendy,
I am glad to hear that you are making strides to triumph over difficult 
times. It isn't always easy to keep a positive attitude as a matter of fact, 
sometimes it is near impossible.  I remember so many difficult times in my 
past and present.  I use to think that my only purpose in life was to suffer 
at the hands and mind control of others.  Even now those thoughts come back 
at times but I try to stay focused on the now....right this minute.  Crafts 
and friends here have helped me more than they realize.
I am proud of your steps in the positive directions and hope and pray that 
they continue.  You have many friends here that will help when you feel like 
you have no one.  Keep up the great steps that you are taking.  Even though 
you make think of them as baby steps you would be surprised at what giant 
steps they are.
