Hello Bj

Its been tried before, without much success. The rare and beautiful Nova
Scotian hurricane (or "win'bag du l'Acadie", if you are of the other persuation)
makes an appearance every three decades or so, but it often only amounts to a few
fallen dogwood trees, Mrs. Boudreaux's flower garden being ruined, and a few old
codgers being blown off the road and into the local Legion (however that
often happens even without the help of a transplanted hurricane).
