The conures have decided that this is the summer to make sure their
species continues on in the world! I've got two fertile Jenday eggs
(again), and three fertile Cherry-head eggs! Plus, I still have the
OTHER two Jenday babies here! (I've had an awful time getting ads
run--the bird club editor forgot to run my ad in the newsletter two
months in a row.....) I don't advertise *everywhere*--I'm fussy about
who I sell to, so I prefer not to advertise in the major local papers.
In any case, I'm going to be up to my ears in birds by the end of
August! It looks like I'll end up with a brooder in my bedroom...
life will be very interesting around here this fall!!!
