In America you could always just sue them for destroying your business
by forcing you to go to silly Jury Duty ... you could get millions in
lost potential earnings alone.  :-)

They are trained ... its just that the Western judges are mostly a load
of weak-kneed fools or have their hands tied by Political Correctness
stupidity ... either way they are pathetically hopeless at giving out
proper sentencing.   :-(
