Please, tell me your understanding of purpose of U,Txy nodelist flag in
case of PSTN node with additional protocols (IBN, EMA etc). Does it defines
answer time only for PSTN part of system or for all protocols published in
the nodelist string?

So, is strings below correct for ZMH-only by PSTN and non-CM by binkp system?

Does system with published phone and with IBN flag in nodelist must answer
24/24 by binkp protocol?
