I don't know anything about XP, but the obvious thing to do is turn your 
text strings into environmental variables, and feed the command line that 
way.  A nice-looking way to set the variables would be to use Horst 
Schaeffer's freeware WBAT, WBAT241.ZIP, available via BFDS or from Horst's 
Web site;

You could have a pick list of user names, for example.  Horst's program is 
DOS, but it looks and feels like a Windows one, and he's keen that things 
should work properly under Windows.
