We are planning to install Matrox Studio into our on-line edit
suite.  I would appreciate having some critical input on this system.
Are there other systems of a comparable price range that do similar things?
        I have heard that Matrox is finicky to get to work but once it's 
operating it works well.  Is this the case?  How good is the service?
