Jogging! ACK! No.. not jogging....
Actually, if I have to do it, I will... but only as a last resort. Weights,
those I can handle. Jogging and I are not friends.... although if you got me
playing 2 hours of sandlot football, I'd put out more energy, and not whine
about it one bit.
Going to do a workout on my weights tomorrow, and hit the ice rink sometime
in the next day or six.

I hit a buddy's scale, and it put me at 194 today, with clothes. Dunno how
accurate that is. If so, I'm getting close to having dropped 40 pounds in six
and a half months.
Sure do note the jeans are getting larger, though. :)
