Like I said, I give it a quick visual scan to see if any legit mail got
tagged incorrectly and the rest is deleted unread or reported to SpamCop.
For all I know some mail is blocked outright and only the borderline cases
make it through the block and get tagged.
I like it because I get to make the final decision, with a bit of
assistance from the filters to speed up the process.
