I finally bit the bullet and re-Ghosted back to an October image.

And I'll be taking nightly ASR backups in the meantime as I re-install some
apps. Maybe I'll get lucky and trip over the offending app. Then again,
maybe not.

15 years ago when I was working with IMS and DBRC we had a saying:
"trust no one but the computer." Now, it's "trust nothing
but a disk image backup made outside of the host OS".
