 in the ground.  Couldn't think if an 11 was an engine company
 or a truck company, or if a 71 or 91 was a brush rig or an
 ambulance.
 He had SD drop the 10-codes and zone designators and convinced
 Heartland to do the same.  Rancho and Chula Vista (Zone 5)
 still use them.
... 9-1-1 makes firefighters come.
