They say they do.  But that "broadcast" is only to their subscribers, those
who do not subscribe cannot receive the programming.  'Narrowcast' would 
be a better word to use - but most folks have no idea what the word means.

The fact that they don't know what they're really doing shouldn't matter and
certainly isn't surprising.  After all, most if not all news organizations use
the word 'spy' instead of the correct word 'reconnaissance' - probably because
they can neither spell nor pronounce 'reconnaissance.'
