Grin, seeing as you live in flatlands, that would be the way you would see
it. Try asking some of the folks who have lived in real mountains.
(Hint, you will tear up your hand-brakes in 2 weeks doing it like suggested.
There's a point where you have to let it go to get in gear and on a real
slope, it shows).
