That is not possible. The only thing you can do, is make a .CMD file, e.g.
hcd.cmd =>
{at}echo off
your_cd.exe %1
call d:\somewher.e\hcmd.cmd
In your_cd you take some action to determine the directory you wanted.
Then, you create a file d:\somewher.e\hcmd.cmd =>
CD the_directory_you_wanted

Quite right. Unix has the same behaviour, only DOS allows for fiddling
around with subdirs after completion of the program. Some call it for that
reason an anomaly, others appreciate this quirk.
