Here's a break-down I found:



In 2001 Bush did 24.


In 2002, he did 34.


In 2003, he did 27.


In 2004, he did 24b or 25 (one was a `two-parter').


In 2005 he did 14.


In 2006, he did 23.


In 2007, he did 8.


In 2008, he did 5.


Doing the math.....its around 160 in his whole presidency.


According to everything I can find on it, Clinton did far more than anyone.
