It will actually be a box set of rare, unreleased and live stuff with the
original line-ups. Peter has been re-recording vocals for this as he was
unhappy with the quality of the recordings (... or so he claims (-: - it
was originally supposed to be out in October 95).
I reckon the release date'll be shelved until Christmas at the earliest
with the new Genesis album out on Monday.
Did anybody else see the acoustic performance on VH1 Europe btw? Ray Wilson
sang a half-decent snippet of Supper's Ready which is mooted to be in the
new stage show. I'll have to wait 'til January 98 before the band arrive in
Scotland, so any feedback from `across the water` will be more than welcome
(-:
