Both actually, tho the geographic poles do move on a much slower
time scale. The geo poles do wobble and actually the quake in the
Indian Sea did shift them slightly.
The geo poles have shifted major amounts over the millions of
years. Any asteroid strike has moved them, some a lot, not to
mention some movement from various major eruptions and earthquakes
over the thousands of years. The dinosaur killer rock into the
Yucatan moved them in a major way, and Krakatoa was minor,
geologically speaking. :)
