easy, there... i didn't say anything about bsy files, did i?

should one create the busy file, mess about in the directory and then delete
the bsy file or is it better to create the files elsewhere, create the busy
file, move the files into the directory, then delete the busy file? i think
i'll take option 2... it is the safest, to be sure...
