Once again I'll point out that the US came in #15 in actual attainment even
using the WHO's stilted rating system, ahead of most "western" systems, and
ahead of a number of government-run systems.

In terms of life expectancy, though, Morgan County, Utah beats EVERY
country on the list.

And in terms of infant mortality, Mississippi has two and a half TIMES as
high a rate as Utah, even though both are within the US medical care
system.  Maybe, at some point, if you hear these facts often enough, you
will stop to rethink your opinion of what the World Health Organization
numbers actually prove.
