Whoa, can't let that pass.
Iceland had one of if not THE  lowest morbidity outcomes from medical
procedures in the entire world.

In the 90's per 100,000 IIRC far surpassing the U.S. and most if not
all other nations.

Now you may not think surviving a medical procedure  a valid
criteria for assessing a nations national health care but I
think it's a pretty damned important one.
