I was talking with the computer guy at work (well, the one that gets paid to 
be the computer guy) and he says that with the 40X CD-ROM drives coming out, 
he can get 16X retail for $80.  I'm betting the actual speed of the 
Katana/Dural CD drive will depend on whatever the CD drive market prices are 
on the day they finalize the design.
