B> We use a Sony FD-95 and Nikon CP5000 so have no experience with your camera B> but would like to hear what you think about it, what you use it for (or B> plan B> to do so), and if there is any particular area on which you seek B> assistance. My "old" camera was a Minolta Dimage 7 but it took so long time to auto-focus (over 5 sec) so I decided to change to a 300 D which does the job in less then 1 sec. and now I can also take a 4 pic:s in a row. I plan to take nice pic:s with it. :-) The price included a 95-200 lens. I will bring the camera, including my Sony HandyCam video to Bulgaria in about 4 weeks so I have to learn to take nice pics fast. What I'm wondering about is why there are symbols and functions for portrait, lanscape aso. I can't see any difference between that and photographing in total auto mode. Canon also have a P(rogram) mode and the manual says that there isn't really any difference between P and fully Auto so why do they have a P mode? B> Glad you broke the ice! Living in Sweden, that is a normal thing to do. :-) B> BTW, please use your real name or sign off with it in each message. It's B> one of the structured requirements. I am using my real name but perhaps you can't see it since you use a Internet connection. I can see your name though. //Bj”rn ---* Origin: .
