Does RLFOSSIL use the PPPD modem driver, or the EPPPD ethernet card
protocol?  I have been running PPPD, but when I use the RLFOSSIL loader,
my modem card appears to "go away".  Unfortunately, the instructions to
use RLFOSSIL are contained within an e-mail message and written in
"broken English Russian", so it is kind of difficult to follow.  I can
get the "major" points, but the subtleties are lost....
