Have you tried local BBS want-ads?
Did you try calling the 1-800 number that Bill Case posted?
1-800-341-0448   Ask for the old BC++ version 2.0...
BC++ 2.0 is the one I'm familiar with, it comes with Tasm & Tools and
I think a tad more expensive than TC++, which came without TASM.
