Thanks Jim. As these gels and other "no maintenance" cells are designed to be
overcharged without loss of gases, the "equalizing" is an inherent feature of
normal charging, it seems.
So I wonder, what is the remaining capacity of a typical UPS cell retired
after 3- 5 years??
