Bob will sink to any depth to give the appearance of making some relevant
point.  Here he thinks that he has caught CNN in an error, when it talks
about a report of the Studies and Operations Group.  He says that is a Viet
Nam-era reference that means something different in the current military. 
Since the CNN broadcast (and, since he ignores the basic point, yes, it was
a CNN BROADCAST) was about Operation Tailwind, the reference is exactly
correct!
