As you say "when I deliver sonmething". Normally that will only happen when I
have a regularlink with that system. Which I will not have when the sysop of
that system does not agree to exchange mail with me on a crashme/crashyou
basis.

I am sure you can come up with some outlandish schenario where I am somehow
forced to pick up waiting mail anyway....
