Yeah, I imagine suddenly seeing someone (if not real) drop in front of you
might give you a shock!
Something I enjoy in WangBangs as of late is ambushes (not camping, I might
add). If you think you know someone's coming your way, duck down and find
some cover. When they saunter into the area, jump out, toss a flash bomb,
and tear them to pieces! I've given a person a startle more than once. :-)
Speaking of WangBangs, you and the 3D Realms crew ought to record a big,
8-player game; teams or not, doesn't matter. We "out here" rarely if ever
get to see you guys in action, beyond of course the demos which play while no
game is in play.
And an interesting question: what CDs have you listened to while playing
Shadow Warrior? Personally, I've found that the soundtrack for Quake, of
everything, works wonders... particularly for nighttime! I've nearly had a
heart attack (if someone my age ever could) a few times. I've also listened
to Moist (a Canadian band), and the soundtrack to The Rock.
