May not be exactly what you are after, but I use AUTO-TEXT to create my
letterhead.  Seems to work ok for me, just center the cursor type the 3
code keys for the letterhead and hit the F3 key and zap there it is.  By
using different fonts and word art you can create some good looking letter-
heads.
