He also contradicts himself, since the very act of sending the radio waves
out into the air meets his definition.  By that definition ALL ham
transmissions are "broadcast" since anyone with an appropriate receiver can
listen to him.  When he talks about ham radio he has to shift from the act
of the sender to the MOTIVE.  And all to make a meaningless point.
