hi! My names Noah, i feel i might have add or something similar and I was 
hoping you could outline certain boundaries that must be crossed in order 
that one would be diagnosed with such? I can relate a sense of impulse 
decision making in my life and almost an abscence of concentration while 
reading and conversing . I can also find myself having to internally" form",
