router hops are not recorded in the packets so they won't be recorded in any 
blocking software... it is only the originating IP that you should be looking 
for...

but yeah, this appears to be being blocked before the traffic gets to your sbbs 
on those ports...

is this a windows box? have you tried turning off the windows firewall? do you 
have some fancy anti-virus that may be monitoring the network and could be 
blocking?
