Oh the number of signing statements falls in at about 1,200 alright.

Now the site I got that from backs that up with PDF files for 
both Obama ( 6) and Bush, many dozens of PDF document files.

Now each of these PDF files breaks down into a number of individual
signing statements referring to various elements within a given
piece of legislation ( law) and where and what parts the President
of the U.S. puts himself above the law.

Now if you expect me to go to the trouble to strip the text out of hundreds
of PDF files just to respond for your demand you're out of your mind.

When a President _makes_ the laws, that's called a unitary government or
more commonly a dictatorship. 

Oh and BTW, where do you get off calling me a criminal?
I've one tresspass, the guy who stole my wallet.
tresspass w/o vandalism nor confrontation lasting maybe 20 seconds.

Quite a few speeding tickets.
A drunk and disorderly 30 years ago.

No vanadalism.
No theft.
No sex crimes.
No assualts or aggression of any kind.
In point of fact, not ONE single felony.

While I've been the victem of numerous felonies committed by police officers.
Crippled, perjury: quite a few counts.
Plus I've also gone to bat, to no effect on others behalf when witnessing
police misconduct.

Let's not ignore incompetence, the guy who stole my wallet?
Evicted by order of the city council as they were theives and drug
dealers, all three who lived there. 800 - 2nd Ave. N. Saint Petersburg.

That home is still condemned and will stay that way for the
foreseeable future.
Though the homelless recently broke into it.

Back in 1996 during riots set off by police, I called in a report
of a step van being stolen.
Cop drove right by it spewing exhast and bowing out the fence at
the car lot at approx. 2120 Central Ave.
looked right at it, and drove off.

That van latter recovered from INSIDE a southside convenience store
where it'd been crashed through a window.

Twice called police on Forbes Swisher annd Hwatt Wallace, drug dealers
upstairs at an old apartment I was in.
They were gang bangers  and always shoot off guns drunk, including
once I witnessed them shoot AT someone.

Reported them however Carol Wallace, would answer the door and expalin they
were just shooting off fireworks.
So they went away.

Well Hwatt Wallace and Forbes Swisher were part of what's known as the 
Bethel Heights and Child's Park neighborhood gang bangers for who crossing the 
"Trey4" line, U.S. 19 South into one anothers neighborhood is a killing
offence.

Forbes Swisher was in fact shot in the head for doing so and died about
two weeks before my stroke, May 31st, 2006 he expiired from
the 9mm head wound.

You're quick to order others to do your research for things.
Why not research those folks?

Hell, I only found out about the upstair neighbors gang activies
through googling p-nut, Forbes Swisher's gang name.

They ARE criminals including 
a fair number of police officers.

Despite this, despite being crippled by one, Nov. 10, 1990, on 
August 12 of 2005
I saved the life of a police officer, who in fact had physically
assualted my then girlfriend.

More incompetence.
Dana Muntz of 2120 1st. Ave. N. Saint Pete had called in
a report we were fighting and had a gun.
Muntz had been recurrently committed and served prison time
for murder.

We had no gun, Muntz had the gun.
Nevertheless arrogant cop Peter Vaughn struts into the yard
first threatening to shoot our dog in our own yard, then grabbing Cynthia
by the wrists.

Dana Muntz provoked it all and then the cops just threw gasolene
on the fire.
We had no weapon until the cops were visably coming up 1st Ave.

When after the THIRD time Dama Muntz threatened to shoot us as he'd 
done to someone else before Cynthia, went and got a knife.

I disarmed her with the police officer never knowing or
realising I'd saved his life.

Cynthia nevertheless trashed Peter Vaughn, pummeled Owens
and only succumbed when Beeler arrived.

Now I cannot say I've experienced anything like this particular police
department ANYWHERE else.
Not the beach communities, not Clearwater, Sarasota or in fact
anywhere in Florida howver the Saint Petersburg Times
recounted how Bradenton Florida's "Delta Squad" shot unarmed
victems and planted drugs and firearms on them.

At least 4 of them went to prison for lengthy terms while
some of the ringleaders of Delta Force got off lite or
w/o prison for testifying against oficers guilty of fewer crimes
than themselves.
