It was in 1989 to 91 that i was in Panama. I was in the military. I had just 
seen a few while i was there, but i married a Panamanian woman who also loves 
Parrots and she talks about when she had one that was a baby. Anyway. We 
decided to buy one. (I think they are cool). Plus my wife has alergies and 
cats and dogs make her sneeze so we got birds. But. I was in the military. 
Although i am out at this moment.
