Ah.. David, the only reason Ward is still listed in Zone 3 is the same
reason he lists himself as IC in the Zone 1 nodelist.

_he hasn't done so_.

ZC3, ZC1, and the other ZCs could remove it from their own lists if they
cared to, but chose not to do _his job_ for him.

That doesn't mean that any one of us ZCs consider his listing VALID as IC,
we don't.  Malcolm is the one who was elected IC, not Ward.

If you have any doubts about this, ask the other ZCs.
