I'd say about 1hr on the first PC and about 45 secs on each one after that. 
About 5 mins for each Router. 10mins on the mainframe (pessimisticly) and the 
note server. Dunno about the rest - too obscure.
I'd use a utility to change the PC's that will search for and replace the 
current address. CHANGE.EXE come to mind immediately. Makes life a million 
times easier in such a situation. Run it on each PC and bingo !
Do the routers and servers support SNMP ??
