Well... considering that I paper-pieced it, it *should* have been
perfect.  :}  I can sew just about any block except a Log Cabin.
Dunno why....
I used your measurement of 1.5" for the strips - but that didn't
divide evenly into the unfinished size of 6.5".  I just left it on the
big side.

particular block setting you mentioned - Streak of Lightning?  I'd
like to see what it looks like.
