I found that while cycling built up my legs to body builders size, it did 
nothing for my abdomen and the rest of my upper body. As soon as I started 
jogging in the fall month between two to four days a week, I've lost 
significant inches along my waist line. I'm not sure if my weight has 
reduced, but the waist looks less like a bell and more like it should.
