GL>I seem to remember a question recently being asked which sounds
GL>similar to my request. I apologise if im doubling up.

GL>A program Im about to write needs to coomunicate with client apps
GL>via sockets (tcp/ip). Question : How do i develop my app here
GL>locally without having to connect to the outside world?

GL>I have OS/2 Warp 3 (blue) and the I use IAK to connect.

Doesn't the IAK support the loopback device (127.0.0.1)? If not then
install TCP/IP for OS/2, LAN Server requestors, or Warp Connect and use
address 127.0.0.1 to have your programs talking to other programs on the
same machine.
