President Obama's signing statement ( 1 of 6) was the same thing as
President Bush's 1,200 signing statements!!!

George W. Bush personally wrote some 1,200 signing statements
signifying that he would elect to ignore various laws passed by 
Congress.

It is NOT the within the Executive branch's authority to make
or break the laws passed by Congress.
