The last and only time I was in the hospital as a patient was for surgery
in 1978.  My memory is a bit foggy from that long ago, but I know the nurse
didn't bill me seperately, but the anesthetist did.  The only other bill I
remember is the hospital's.  Inasmuch as I dislike saying it, this hospital
had good food.  My doctor was on staff at the hospital and is the brother
of the former DA of New Orleans (Richard Dowling).
