precisely. You know, I email business people all the time and email is very
personal, it's not near as formal as sending snail mail. I believe websites
used to have this appeal as well but lately it's become very formal and I
find I like websites with a more personal touch much better.

I'm not saying there is no room for the big formal websites, but I believe
these corps are missing a HUGE opportunity here to communicate with their
customers on a much more personal level and losing that personal
"loyalty" (for lack of a better word) in the process. I find when
dealing with these sites that push push push I'd just rather use pricewatch
or pricegrabber and treat them like a fickle consumer.
