If and when you have time/interest to consider it, support for the FastEcho
area setup would be very useful, at least in R24, where FastEcho is in
widespread use. Although I'm using GoldED now (since my main computer is
meanwhile on Win2000 and my Squish message base files have long names,
making it impossible to use the DOS version of timED), and have used
FastEcho for the last 7-8 years, I used to be an enthusiastic timED user
(still have my key from Gerard) and was greatly disappointed when Gerard
left fido without releasing the source code. I had pretty well given up
hope that anyone would do anything with the code he finally released years
later, when I heard of your work.

Cheers, Bob
