        Polk was very specific on that point, they will repair the
speaker, (they did repair the first) but only if it is under the
manufacturers warranty, which did expire all of 2 months ago.  Quart has
an excellent reputation, though one must realize that they are one of
the most expensive manufacturers in car audio - oops, wrong conference.
