I found a site where the signing statements of Clinton are available, both
number, what they are connected to, and I think their content is available as
well.


And they are far more than Bush's.


The brick-bats over in Ceppa's echo are crowing about the number of signing
statements from Bush (Otto stating `hundreds'), but Clinton did around 381!He
did the most in what were the last years of his presidency....1996 (73) and
2000 (86).


Those two years alone (1996 and 2000) Clinton did almost as many as Bush did
in his whole presidency!


The brick-bats aren't smart people.
