   Indeed that is one of the most important parts of our policy. To most of
us *really* old fido farts, 3.8 is however a more important part.

    Now that Janis managed to get a ZCC ruling that not even ZMH or
"accepting netmail" needs to be respected, we are really in for a
breathtaking fidonet downhill...
