I know a couple people who have had strokes for real and never complain.
They also went to the hospital and had physical therapy to help them get
back to normal.

Obviously not enough. His long whine to me about how all his ills are the
fault of others (usually the police) and he's a poor victim of injustice
and a stroke was the same old Churnside insanity.
