They don't ... that's why I don't kick them out for the first offence.
When I enter a conference for the first time I look for a "rules" post,
just so I don't step on my dick right from the start. I imagine plenty
of other people do the same.
If I was about to post a "Good Times" warning and I read that it was a
hoax, I wouldn't post it.
