Yep, but for PB/DOS, not PB/DLL (Windows), except PB/DLL 1.x came with
a printed manual.

Dont you have a printer? Printing your own is much cheaper than buying
a book(s).
 
How do you write code if you dont know what the '+' sign is for? (g).
