notes.  Thanks also to Hackman for coming up with the dollar ratings.  
Unlike him, though, round ratings to the nearest quarter, and don't rate 
the backstage skits.

BTW, who is Stu, and why should he fear CRZ?

Half way through the match, I decided that Cena would win.

were the only things that saved it from getting a zilch from me.

Wow!  I haven't seen so much blood since Undertaker and Lesnar's Hell in 
the Cell match.  This is by far the best match that I've seen Layfield 
do, and to my surprise it was not all due to Eddie carrying him.  I'd 
give JBL a 20-25% share of the credit for the match.

The show cost $40, so Mary and I spent $20 each.  We did not get our 
money's worth for this show.  This was by far the worst PPV we've seen; 
we started watching PPVs in July 2001.
